2025 – 2026
OPEN CALL FOR SUBMISSIONS
The Harris School’s Chicago Policy Review is now accepting submissions for our 2026 print edition, Neighborhoods & Nations.
The deadline to submit is February 15th at 11:59 PM CT.
About the Theme: Neighborhoods & Nations
At its core, Neighborhoods & Nations is about scale and connection – how local realities and global systems shape one another. This year, Chicago Policy Review invites contributors to examine how decisions made at one scale reverberate through another: how neighborhoods influence nations, and how national and global forces shape the spaces we call home.
From a block in Bronzeville to Bangladesh, cities, communities, and networks are redefining power, governance, and sovereignty from the ground up. This edition explores how the defining forces of this decade — AI, migration, climate, and governance — are reconnecting the local and the global in new and consequential ways.
