At this time where the policy problems facing leaders loom larger and more complex than ever before, we rarely have a clear picture into the root causes of the issues we face. The stronger measures theme focuses on both the new indicators to find the root causes of the issues that face policymakers, and the more aggressive and comprehensive steps that governments need to take to resolve the many crises we face.
