Show BioHide BioTrey Pennington is a first-year MPP candidate at the Harris school, a staff writer for the Chicago Policy Review, and a senior writer for the Institute of Politics’ The Gate. Trey graduated from the United States Naval Academy in May of 2023 where he was the Company Commander for 26th Company, Ride Rough. After Harris, Trey will head to Pensacola, Florida to complete Naval Flight Training and become a Pilot for the United States Navy. Trey has a passion for education, equality, national defense, and international peace.
