Caroline Bouisse

Originally from France, Caroline earned her undergraduate degree in History and International Relations with honors at King’s College London. She has experience working across global institutions focusing on policy research and strategy development. Caroline is also a Research Fellow with the Paragon Policy Fellowship, analyzing digital access policy and providing actionable recommendations.
