Caroline Bouisse

Show BioHide BioCaroline Bouisse is a second-year Master in Public Policy (MPP) student at the University of Chicago, specializing in research, quantitative methods, and cybersecurity policy. Originally from France, Caroline earned her undergraduate degree in History and International Relations with honors at King’s College London. She has experience working across global institutions focusing on policy research and strategy development. Caroline is also a Research Fellow with the Paragon Policy Fellowship, analyzing digital access policy and providing actionable recommendations. Her published work spans cybersecurity threats, global policy, and technology, including her recent article on AI deepfakes in the Chicago Policy Review.
