His policy interests include international development, effective public administration, and urban policy. Before joining Harris, Ahmed spent six years advising government and public sector clients on growth strategy, performance management, and sustainability across tourism, sports, and arts & culture industries. At CPR, Ahmed draws on his experience working at the intersection of the public, private, and civil society sectors to analyze how policy can drive inclusive growth and institutional resilience. Outside of CPR, he is the founder of Starters, a platform dedicated to supporting early-career professionals by sparking conversations on career discovery and purpose-driven work.
