Ronald Green is the City Controller of Houston, TX, where he oversees a $13 billion debt portfolio and over $2 billion of investments. Before he was elected to his current position, he served on the Houston City Council and chaired the Budget and Fiscal Affairs Committee. In January 2014, he began his third and final term as city controller. He holds a BS and an MBA from the University of Houston and a JD from Texas Southern University.
