Lois Scott is the Chief Financial Officer of the City of Chicago. Prior to joining city government, Ms. Scott co-founded Scott Balice Strategies LLC, which advises state and local governments on strategic and financial matters. Ms. Scott earned her MBA from Cornell University and is one of the founders of the Chicago-based group Women in Public Finance.
