Tom Wolf is the Executive Director of the Illinois Chamber of Commerce’s Energy Council, which encourages the development and availability of all kinds of energy and conservation measures in an environmentally responsible and cost-effective way. Mr. Wolf joined the Chamber in 2008 after more than 20 years as a public affairs executive, senior strategist, and project manager for corporate, not-for-profit and government clients.
