Hello Professors Rachel and Iqbal,

I am Sam Cuarto, a catholic missionary priest engaged as community development worker among the Aeta indigenous peoples in North Luzon, Philippines. I am deeply interested in your work of producing evidence for development programs with a view to evaluating development policies and or strategies.

How I wish we can be helped in doing randomized evaluation in our work with the indigenous peoples. But we do not have the means to absorb the resources and funding needed to have you with us, although I have my own Catholic religious community to host your stay with us in the Philippines.

We really need help in getting us learn your science of evidence-based evaluation of development programs.
